Nirmala Hotel Jimbaran - Jimbaran (Bali)

It was a joy to stay in this hotel. the location was excellent, with a quiet Jimbaran beach just around the corner, plus lots of beachfront restaurants nearby. the service was exceptional and staff were very welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious with a few menu options.

The only improvement could be on the maintenance of the hotel which was starting to show some signs of wear and tear.

The pool and bar area were very pleasant

Breakfast was a bit disorganised because the hotel was so busy. Also the tiling around the bath in our room was coming apart, letting water and mould in and making it hard for staff to clean, I would imagine.

Rooms are dirty and old, there are rats in the balcony, the breakfast is poor and the restaurant is awful. Staff is not helpfull at all. Bad located. I wolud never go again

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bali. the value for money was exceptional, especially considering the basic amenities and comfortable rooms with a cozy bed. Additionally, the hotel's location near the airport and in a garden setting was a great advantage, allowing for easy access to the quiet beach. The staff's attention to detail and friendly service made my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the included breakfast was a nice touch, ensuring a good start to the day.

No maintenance at all since the hotel opened in 2002, depressing. Terrible breakfast, skip it! Not good value for money, too expensive for what you get, check other options! Even coming from a $25 per night hotel before I was really disappointed.

Rooftop room, very nice view, swimming pool on rooftop. Large room, with excellent bed. Free shuttle service to airport and main beaches around, fair taxi price (10'000 IDR to get to the restaurant area). The service provided is very good, like a 4* hotel.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel had fantastic cleanliness standards, great facilities and easy transportation access to the beach. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was helpful and accommodating.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. The hotel's location near the beach and taxi services made it convenient to explore the area. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making my stay even more enjoyable. The basic amenities were provided and the rooms had comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, having breakfast included was a great bonus.

Room maintenance could be improved.

The rooftop pool with a city view was a highlight of my city break. the restaurant offered a good selection of tasty and affordable food. the convenience of having shops and fast-food restaurants within walking distance was a plus.

The air conditioning in the room was outdated and not effective. the area surrounding the hotel was noisy and construction seemed to be going on constantly.

The hotel offered free shuttle service, and a rooftop bar with a great view of the city. The location is convenient with a nearby supermarket. We enjoyed the pool being up on the top floor.

The room was not well maintained and outdated. We had to deal with dirty sheets and it took a while for the water to get hot in the shower.
